Looking to submit an event on our community calendar?
We’ll help you find new and interesting ways to spend your time in Durham Region. We do our best to curate a helpful feed of local events by visiting over 15 event calendars, so that you don’t have to!
That said, we will not accept the following types of event submissions:
- Club meetings. There are too many club meetings in our area to keep up with, so we will not approve listings for your regular club meetings.
- Local Government meetings.
- Private events. If your event is not open to the public, it is not a good fit for our calendar.
- Political fundraisers or events. We don’t do politics!
- Events outside of Durham Region.
The following kinds of events are not eligible for free listings, but can be added to the calendar by purchasing a paid advertisement:
- Classes or courses with a fee.
- Job fairs.
- Retail sales, garage sales, or dining specials.
- Real estate open houses.
By submitting an event, you will be automatically be subscribed to our newsletter.
Looking to promote your event on our community calendar and beyond?
We are working on a number of options to promote your event.
